Remote Support

Remote Support is by appointment only.  Please contact us to schedule an appointment.  Click  Remote Support Portal to access.  Once in the remote support portal, a code will be given to the client.  The client will then be prompted to save a file.  After the file has been saved, the file will then need to be run.

 

Remote support is recommended for:

  • Quick Fixes
  • Changing Settings
  • Browser or Email help

 

Remote Support is not recommended for:

  • Anything hands-on
  • Any hardware issue
  • The computer not booting or loading Windows
  • Troubleshooting slowness or crashing
  • Data Transfer or Recovery
  • Any lengthy repair
