The diagnostic includes a short consultation with an oral repair assessment or a written estimate to complete the repair. The diagnostic fee is charged upfront for any in-shop service excluding data recovery, disposal service, or other charged consultations. The diagnostic charge will be applied towards the repair if the client sees the repair to completion.
