The drive cloning service involves cloning a drive to another drive. This allows all the programs, settings, and data to move to another drive. This service is for replacing a damaged drive that is in good enough condition to be cloned, for upgrading a hard to a solid state drive (SSD), or for upgrading a small hard drive to a larger drive. Sometimes a drive is too damaged to clone, but good enough to recover the data. In this case it is recommended to have a Data Recovery and a Reload of the operating system to a new hard drive.
